Community Dental Health Coordinator /Public Health Hygienists (CDHC/PHH) Program
To assist us with providing quality care to the community, GPHA is proud to feature our Community Dental Health Coordinator/Public Health Hygienists (CDHC/PHH) program.
With this program, our goal is to improve access to dental care and reduce disparities in oral health by providing onsite preventive and educational dental services. Our mobile CDHC dental team is available to visit community centers, senior centers, child care facilities, assisted living facilities, schools and much more.
