The Greater Philadelphia Health Action, Inc./Al-Assist Behavioral Healthcare Center (GPHA/Al-Assist BHC) is an innovative and comprehensive outpatient behavioral healthcare treatment program. This comprehensive program was created to provide the community vital care for mental and substance abuse issues and improve overall quality of life for each individual, using a variety of innovative treatment methods.
In addition to a team of specialists with years of combined experience who work together for the best possible outcomes, GPHA/Al-Assist BHC also has standing referral agreements for the coordination of services with:
- Acute psychiatric in-patient hospitals
- Community residential programs
- Detoxification units
- Emergency medical services
- Homeless shelters
- Partial hospitalization programs
- Recovery houses
- Vocational and social rehabilitation programs
