Dr. Sandy Fowler Dr. Fowler is board certified by the Family Practice Specialty Board with a Masters Degree in Public Health and Community Medicine. She received her Residency training in Family Practice at Morehouse School of Medicine and Internship at Temple University School of Medicine. Dr. Fowler graduated Summa Cum Laude from Temple University and Magna Cum Laude from Philadelphia High School for Girls. She joined GPHA’s Medical Staff in 2007
Dr. Raquel Inniss is Board certified in Internal Medicine and Board eligible in Pediatrics. Dr. Inniss received her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Summa cum Laude, in 1994 from Howard University, and her medical degree from Howard University in 1998. She completed residency programs in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics in June 2002 at Albert Einstein Medical Center. She joined GPHA's professional staff in August of 2002.
Dr. Brenda D. Rogers is Board-certified in Internal Medicine with extensive experience in general Internal Medicine and HIV clinical care. Dr. Rogers received her medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania and completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Rogers joined GPHA's Medical Staff in 1993. She provides clinical services to the adolescent and adult population and also serves as GPHA's Associate Medical Director.
Carol H. Allen received her medical degree from the State University Hospital, Buffalo, New York. She completed her post graduate residency training at Hahnemann University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Allen has her Pennsylvania State Medical License. Dr. Allen joined GPHA’s Medical Staff in 2010 to provide OB/GYN services at GPHA Heath Centers.
Pamneit Bhogalis Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She received her Residency training in Family Practice from the Chestnut Hill Hospital, Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Bhogal also received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Temple University School of Medicine, Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Bhogal received her undergraduate degree from Temple University, College of Science and Technology, Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Bhogal joined GPHA’s Medical Staff in 2010.
Stephanie Green holds a Masters Degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing in Women’s Health and Midwifery, Philadelphia, PA. Ms. Green is a licensed Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania and a member of the American Academy of Nurse Midwives. Ms. Green joined the professional staff of GPHA in 2008 at the Hunting Park Health Center.
Christine Watts holds a Masters of Science in Nursing degree from Case Western Reserve University. Ms. Watts has also received her Certificate in Nurse Midwifery from the Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing. Ms. Watts is a Certified Nurse Midwife. Ms. Watts joined GPHA’s Medical Staff in 2010.
Reem Fadl received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Fadl also received an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency (AEGD) from University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Fadl joined GPHA’s dental staff in 2009.
