Julie E. Cristol is a recipient of the American College of Nurse-Midwives “Heart and Soul of Midwifery” Silver Commendation and the Scholler Foundation Grant for Birth Center Improvements. She holds a Master of Science degree in nursing from Yale University. Ms. Cristol joined the professional staff of GPHA in November 2004 as OB/GYN Coordinator. |

Dr. Brenda D. Rogers is Board-certified in Internal Medicine with extensive experience in general Internal Medicine and HIV clinical care. Dr. Rogers received her medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania and completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Rogers joined GPHA's Medical Staff in 1993. She provides clinical services to the adolescent and adult population and also serves as GPHA's Associate Medical Director. |

Ronald Smith provides podiatry services to patients of all ages at all of GPHA's health centers. He received his degree in Podiatric Medicine from Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine, and completed residency training at Norfolk Community Hospital. Dr. Smith joined GPHA's medical staff in 1984. |

Patricia Weir Asthma Specialist Educator, has been a registered nurse since 1969. Asthma is Ms. Weir’s specialty area, including intensive patient education and asthma treatment. She graduated with her master's degree and Family Nurse Practitioner certification from Rutger's University in 2001. She received her asthma training at Penn Lung, Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Temple University and Temple Pediatrics. Ms. Weir joined GPHA’s medical staff in March 2002. |

Dr. Janet E. Young is GPHA's Medical Director. She provides care for adolescents and adults with acute and chronic diseases. She also provides routine gynecology services and has provided HIV clinical care since 1989. Dr. Young is Board-certified in Internal Medicine. She received her Medical Degree from Harvard Medical School and completed residency training in Internal Medicine at Temple University Hospital. |

Arnelle A. Lloyd received her dentistry degree from the Howard University College of Dentistry, Washington, DC. Dr. Lloyd has been practicing Dentistry for over 20 years. Dr. Lloyd is currently serving as Financial Secretary for the New Era Dental Society. Dr. Lloyd is GPHA’s Director of Dental Services. |
